Paying Students To Get A’s: A+ For Effort?

50$ for an A, per 6 weeks… that is ridiculous!!! For a 4 year high school education, this results in: 1200$ for an A in one class… So, take 6 classes, and you’ve got: 7200$!!!! That’s a shiz load o money!!! Unbelievable… Brought to you by the Colbert Report interview… Just mind boggling. I never got $$ for my grades, I was subjected to expectation… But more importantly, my cousins and such DID get money… how cruel a world T_T!!!

But in reality, this implications of a plan like this to get kids through highschool (and set up some for college) is awesome. I can believe that something like this could work, and hope the best for its testing in NY and Chicago. Let’s see some educational improvements of this day and age (even if it means “buying” education -_^)
